Now click any where or press Esc button on key board to deselect the line.

The result will be like bellow the image. Now it is fully constrain. Green color of the profile in catia is the symbol of fully constrain.



Now remember step 12. See the top view and enter the values .you have to enter the X,Y values only. Now come out from the sketcher work branch.
