Step:3

Change the module to surface.

                                                           
Click on the box to get this dialogue box bellow.

 Repeate the same process for rest of the lines.In this way we can get the midpoint of each axis.

Step:4

Turn on snap to points. And still now you are in component mode. You can press F8 to toggle between Object and Component Mode.

Step: 5

To placing the locaters to their exact location we have to follow these steps.

In this way we can place the locater in exact location. So place two more locaters on rest two lines to complete this step.
